Q: What are your prices?
A: Depending upon your project, prices vary, to receive a price + service guide please email me at durtegraphx@gmail.com.
Q: What do you need to start a project?
A: ALL PROJECTS. MUST HAVE A DOWN PAYMENT of 50%. NO EXCEPTIONS
*You will recieve a phone conference with me where you will discuss your project with me, the more information or examples you may give me can give me a lot more knowledge into what you are seeking. Once your project + price are discussed a down payment must be made before ANY project is started upon. All information for your project must be emailed to durtegraphx@gmail.com for document + reference purpose, all text must be spell checked, all photos must be at 300dpi (resolution) attached as well, and all information that will be needed for your project.
Q: What is your average turn around time?
A: My normal turn around item is 7-10 BUSINESS days unless there is a rush needed for which a fee will apply.
Q: Where may I send Payment?
A: 1. Paypal. When project is discussed and I recieve full detail of your project a total + 50% down payment will be pre notified to you. I will then send a paypal payment request to you and you will follow the simple directions given.
2. If you are a personal one on one client payment may be made payable by check ( 4-7business days pass for clearance), money order, cash(western union), bank to bank transfer.
Q: How many samples may I receive?
A: For any flyer, banner, wallpaper, poster, business card there will be 2 proofs, there after you can either approve the project for finishing or you may have the option of having it redesigned without any extra charges.
Logos have 4-6 different logo variations. When designing a companies identity, it is very important to have an in depth report about your company, so that I may have a complete summary of your service, target audience, mission statement, as well as other KEY factors that may help us into creating your logo. Once your logos are sent for your approval you have the option of pursuing a certain choice or a redo of 2 logos without any extra charges.
Q: I need my designs done now! (rush orders)
A: I understand the need to have your project finished within a fast time, in order for that to happen you MUST BE CLEAR when providing your project. Meaning the less errors/edits/changes you make the faster you receive your project.
*All projects that consider text (flyers, banners, cd art, ect) need to be pre written either in word or in an email. NO paper written document will be accepted. All Grammer must be spell checked prior to sending, I just copy + paste to work as fast as possible. Also note a 25% rush fee applies
*All needed editing must be sent within an email for documentation, verbal changes/edits are not accepted.
Please note that 3-6 projects may be worked on the day as well. The turn around time for an accurate and non editing job 1-2days. Jobs with editing or large amount of work may take 4-7 days. *not guaranteed on all jobs.
Q: Do you do work for free?

No, there is no FREE work. In order to keep creating art and receiving the newest + fastest software for the best possible results, income must come in. This IS my career.
Q: Is artwork print ready upon completion?
All artwork is layered (color separation) and ready for print upon completion(depending on printer, please specify at beginning of project).
Q: Who owns artwork once purchased?
Once art work is purchases you own it, I only use it in my portfolio which I also provide a link to your site for reference (also stated in the contract).
Q: Are there extra charges?
A: Well Once a project is approved, by a written email, the file then is finished and I will continue on to the next project that is awaiting, if for any reason anything needs to be changed or altered a $25.00 charge per design.
